Did you know that your item ships for free anywhere in the US?  YAY!

Shop freely without worrying about the extra cost.

All items ship within 1-2 weeks of order.  You will be notified via email as soon as your package leaves our hands.

LaDi offers Free Standard Shipping to all our US customers via USPS.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking info for your reference.  If you don't receive confirmation, check your junk mail or spam folder.  Sometimes they may be categorized as spam.

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your order :(
We gladly accept returns & exchanges within 30 days of shipment delivery date

(30 days from the day you received your shipment). Please notify us about the exchange or return you'd like to make prior to returning the shipment via email or via message on the lower right hand corner for instructions on how to proceed. 

Once the items are received, and they are unworn and clean, we will gladly exchange or return your cash.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

- Worn or damaged items

or

- Custom orders
or
- Accessories

or

- Face Masks
